About ESIS

Our recent survey revealed that many of you are concerned about security when using our innovative ICS program, the Coordinated NIMS Incident Planner (CNIP).

ironkey

To address this issue ESIS is now offering a new security device to safeguard your confidential response plans.

For the first time, the complete Field Incident Command version of CNIP is available on the IronKey Personal flashdrive. Designed specifically for the military and others with top security issues, the IronKey flashdrive is fully encrypted, waterproof, damageproof and password protected.

Many of our customers use the IronKey flashdrive as a backup and as a means to bring their department's emergency operational plans and policies to a training or command post location. But what if the flashdrive is lost or worse - stolen? Not a problem. Information on an IronKey flashdrive cannot be accessed without its correct password. If fact, after attempting the tenth incorrect password, all information on the flashdrive will be totally destroyed.

What better way to safely mobilize and optimize your training and response goals!! Training personnel specifically to your SOPs is an essential part of a coordinated and safe response. Together, CNIP and IronKey create a perfect partnership to successfully achieve these goals.

We encourage first responders to test drive the CNIP and IronKey flashdrive package. We encourage you to reopen your EOPs, use CNIP to create an Incident Action Plan and conduct a training exercise.

If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 100% unconditional 90-day refund.

We are offering a completely installed CNIP program on a 4GB IronKey Personal flashdrive for only $2,100.00.

CNIP on an IronKey Flashdrive - There simply is no better way to safely Train and Respond.

We encourage you to enhance your CNIP Purchase with the IronKey Enterprise Flashdrive:

Always-on Hardware Encryption

Everything that an end-user puts on their IronKey Enterprise is encrypted - they don't have to think about it. Compliance with security regulations is automatic. Automatic compliance is a big win for all users, and especially for a population of non-technical users such as police officers, firefighters, emergency managers, doctors or nurses.

No Software or Drivers to Install

All IronKeys work without the need for software or drivers on the local system. All user Enterprise IronKeys work without needing administrator privileges. (Only the IronKey Enterprise Administrator needs admin privileges.)

Central Management

IronKey's Enterprise Management Service allows the customer to set security policies and application access that apply to every IronKey Enterprise device deployed within the organization. The policies that can be configured include password length, password strength, and the number of consecutive password retries before the data on the IronKey is destroyed. In addition, the IronKey Administrator can provide or revoke the on-board portable applications. This flexibility allows one person to easily configure and rapidly deploy hundreds of IronKeys.

Rapid, Easy Deployment

Once the Administrator configures the policy settings, every IronKey Enterprise device that is initiated is configured to those settings. That process is transparent to the end-user, and they can not prevent it.

Remote Administration

The administration of IronKey Enterprise includes tiered administration - Enterprise System Administrators can designate other administrators, who can manage users and policies. Devices can be disabled remotely and administration privileges can be revoked remotely.

Secure Device Recovery

IronKey's Secure Device Recovery allows Administrators to recover the contents of a drive if the end-user loses the drive, or leaves the company with it. There is no back-door or master password; IronKey leverages our PKI system to recover the data:

Integrated Encrypted Storage and RSA SecurID

If enabled, IronKey Enterprise can provide additional strong authentication capabilities by generating RSA SecurID one-time passwords. IronKey Enterprise can hold up to 50 tokens - enabling users to consolidate devices.

Low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

IronKey manages the Enterprise service. We maintain the servers and software with the same security and quality measures used by the world's largest banks for their online services. This keeps the customers TCO low - they need no extra hardware, software or staff.

A Platform for Secure, Portable Applications

If enabled, IronKey Enterprise can provide secure applications. IronKey has partnered with Moka5 and RingCube to provide portable virtual machines, which can allow applications and secure operating systems to be carried on the IronKey device. Your users can carry their working environment with them and use it securely anywhere they go.
